Embodying Rolf's Structural Integration Recipe

This class explores how Rolf's 10-series goals can be evoked in the absence of fascial mobilization. It provides an in-depth understanding of Rolfing techniques and their applications, enhancing skills in manual therapy and structural integration.

Normal Stability: Evoking Inherent Adaptability to Meet Demand

This course offers a missing piece in Rolf's recipe: explicit consideration of how the goals and steps of structural integration translate into improved body stability and capacity for self-care. It answers questions like "does Rolfing work?" by demonstrating practical, real-world applications of Rolfing principles.

Posture, Perception, & Movement: a workshop for somatic practitioners

This class is designed for somatic practitioners to better understand how postural tendencies and coordination patterns develop in response to injury, emotional issues, and perceptual habits. It is ideal for those interested in injury rehabilitation and improving posture through Rolf Movement Integration.

Breathing and Walking

Participants will learn to evaluate and improve habitual movement patterns connected to breathing and walking. This course ties into the broader question of "is myofascial release the same as Rolfing?" by showing the unique benefits of Rolf Movement Integration techniques for daily activities.
